In 1945 Patrick Williams established what was to become one of Reading’s oldest and most respected independent estate agencies.

His passionate advocacy of high professional standards for the business saw him qualify as a chartered surveyor – unique for estate agent practitioners of the era.

The vision, beliefs and aspirations of Patrick Williams defined the way the agency has conducted its business across the decades. From its very beginnings, he founded the company on the twin principles of honesty and integrity.
