Services and fees
Set up fee - £180.00 (£150.00 plus vat)
- Initial appraisal and advice on preparing the property for letting.
- Acceptance of your instructions on the basis that the property is wholly owned by the Landlord (i.e. person or person’s representative from whom we have accepted instructions) and that Mortgagor consent has been obtained.
- Market and advertise the property, to include photos and floorplans.
- Viewings to be undertaken by appointment with the Landlord or via access by key to be supplied by Landlord.
- Payable in advance and non- refundable
6.6% inclusive of vat (5.5% plus vat) of rent for the term of the tenancy, minimum fee £840.00 (£700.00 plus vat)
Letting and Rental
Fees - 10% (8%+ vat per month)
Fees – 15% (12.5%+ vat per month)
Full Management (Gold)
Fees – 15% (12.5%+ vat per month)
