Dean Halls –Director

Having been in the business for some 23 years, Dean has acquired extensive knowledge of all estate agency matters, in particular pricing for land and new homes. Having lived in the villages of West Berkshire for over 15 years and working at Patrick Williams office in Pangbourne since 1993, Dean is ideally placed to provide a comprehensive service to all those wishing to sell property in the area.

Richard Goodwin –Director

Richard, a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, has partnered Dean Halls at the helm of Patrick Williams since 1992 and has specialist knowledge of the housing market throughout the Reading and Tilehurst area. When working in a fast paced environment, an often overlooked and important aspect of estate agency work is post sales service, and this is an area where Richard excels, being adept at both troubleshooting and solving many issues, thus ensuring satisfactory completions.

Julian Sheppard – Branch manager

Julians estate agency career began in the late 1980’s , and over the following decade he forged a successful career as branch manager for a corporate estate agency before being joining Patrick Williams in the year 2000. Julian has gained extensive experience in all facets of estate agency work, providing a professional service, in particular to those requiring valuations, to both buyers and sellers alike.

David King – Associate

Having worked for Patrick Williams since 1994 in both the Reading and the Pangbourne offices, David has unparalleled experience of the local market and offers exemplorary service to all his clients. A particular strong point is advice on how to market and present properties in order to obtain optimum selling prices.
